Arab Bank Launches New Credit Card Features Through “Arabi Mobile” App

Arab Bank launched a set of new credit card features through its “Arabi Mobile” app as part of the bank’s constant efforts to provide the latest digital banking services and solutions offering customers a seamless banking experience within the highest levels of flexibility and security.

The new features available on “Arabi Mobile” app include card spend analysis which enables cardholders to track their spending with the option to compare current spend with previous months. This convenient feature helps customers identify and manage expenses with utmost ease and flexibility. Among the new features is the temporary virtual credit card option for creating an instant virtual credit card securely, to be used online or through “Arabi MobiCash” with the same credit limit of the existing card, giving cardholders additional security when conducting e-commerce transactions thus reducing the risk of fraud. The new features also include the PIN code inquiry feature directly through the app, without the need to visit the branch or contact customer service, as well as the option to view the card’s information when needed, including credit card number, card verification value (CVV) and expiry date.

It is worth mentioning that the “Arabi Mobile” app offers a host of digital banking solutions that enable customers to conduct their transactions digitally around the clock from anywhere using smartphones and tablets within the highest levels of flexibility and security. Additionally, customers who are interested in opening accounts with Arab Bank can now download "Arabi Mobile" app through App Store or Google Play and Huawei AppGallery then use the option "Open New Account" available through the application to enter the required information without the need to visit a branch.
